Calculating Delivery Dates
Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you’ve chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment (the availability time listed on a product’s detail page). Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we’re able to ship them to you. We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address) When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
If you require a courier delivery method, please contact Condor and we will let you know what fees need to be added to the product rate. This extra cost will have to be added to your payment via bank transfer or PAY PAL
Availability of product items
Ordering multiple copies of the same item? Please be aware that our availability estimates are intended for single-copy orders only. Here are some things to consider that may impact when your order ships:
Multiple copies of the same item may not be available.
Larger orders take longer to prepare and ship.
When Inventory is Reserved for Your Order
Inventory is only reserved for your order after you have submitted all required documentation and received a verification mail from us. Payment has to be done via bank transfer or PAY PAL. . Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory of that item for you.
Availability of Popular Items
Popular items sell out quickly. It is possible for you to see a message that an item is available on the product detail page, but discover it is sold out by the time you place your order.
When In-Stock Items are Shipped
If an item is in stock, when it ships to you depends on the clearance of your documentation and execution of payment. Since our prices include shipping on an order, you’re letting us know you are willing to wait a little longer to get your items as long as the shipping is free. This option allows us to better manage our inventory and order demand and pass the savings on to you in the form of free shipping.
Availability Estimate Definitions

Tracking Says “Delivered;” Package Not Received
Occasionally a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days. If you’ve waited a couple of days and you still don’t have the package:
See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
Contact the carrier . Ask if they have additional information about the package’s location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy.) If you package was shipped via UPS,DHL they may be able to hold the package at their local hub for you to pick up. You can call the courier and see if this is possible.
